Precautions when Requesting Repair Service

  • To receive repair service, please fill out "Repair Request Form (attached file)" and then send it with the product for a return after the repair service.
  • On the repair service request form, please provide brief information about the customer, the product and the symptom of the defective unit.
  • In particular, please be sure to include your contact information on the service request form so that we can inform you of the progress of the repair.
  • If it is difficult to print the repair service request form, fill out the address, contact information, and the description of the failure on the note sheet and enclose it with the product.
  • Please note that due to the closure of sub-suppliers and discontinuance of raw materials, repair service for Road Scan (DE), Road Scan Pro, Road Scan Guard, and Road Scan FX products have been discontinued.
  • Except for special cases, general product repairs will take 10 business days.
  • If weekend and holiday are included, the delivery time may be delayed by 1 - 2 days.
  • Not able to send courier on Tuesday. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The repair period may be extended if there is an incorrect description of the sender and receiver or the request form is missing.
  • Due to the nature of the product, it cannot be repaired immediately. Please note that even if you visit PLK in person, it cannot be repaired on the spot.
  • Products shipped to us will be shipped by bulk initialization before shipment.
  • Please backup important data before requesting product repair service

Send to Repair service center, 2nd Floor, Bongseong-ro 76, Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi-do
Appointed courier Please return the defective or damaged units via DHL to the designated address of Repair service center.
* In Korea, if you cannot use courier service of CJ Logistics in islands and mountainous areas, you can use the courier service of Post Office.
Payment of freight fee In the case of repair request within the warranty period, the courier service fee will be paid by PLK Technologies
However, please note that the courier service fee will be borne by the customer when the warranty period expires or the careless use caused the damage. (Deliberate damage, flooding, natural disasters and so on.)
